Ingredients
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- ? cup cocoa powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 stick unsalted butter (113 g or 8 tablespoons) melted
- 2 large eggs beaten
- ¼ cup flour
- ½ cup 70% dark chocolate or bittersweet chocolate roughly chopped
- vanilla ice cream to serve
Instructions
- Add sugar, cocoa powder, salt to a mixing bowl and mix well.
- To the dry ingredients; add the melted butter, egg and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.
- Add the flour, chopped chocolate and mix it in until there are no lumps and flour is fully mixed in.
- Grease and line a 7 inch thin baking pan. Pour the batter to the baking pan.
- Air fry at 320 degree Fahrenheit for 20 to 22 minutes. Or until the top and sides are set. The center should be be a bit jiggly.
- Let the brownie cool in the air fryer for 5 minutes. Remove the pan from the air fryer using mitts or tongs.
- Transfer the gooey brownies to bowls and serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
- You can leave the brownie to cool and cut it into pieces too.
