Air Fryer Butternut Squash

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups butternut squash, peeled and diced into bite-sized cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the diced butternut squash with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Place the seasoned butternut squash in the air fryer basket, making sure it’s in a single layer and not overcrowded.
  4. Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket every 5 minutes, or until the butternut squash is tender and has a golden brown exterior.
  5. Once done, remove the butternut squash from the air fryer and transfer it to a serving dish.
  6. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
