- 4 cups butternut squash, peeled and diced into bite-sized cubes

- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the diced butternut squash with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Place the seasoned butternut squash in the air fryer basket, making sure it’s in a single layer and not overcrowded.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket every 5 minutes, or until the butternut squash is tender and has a golden brown exterior.
- Once done, remove the butternut squash from the air fryer and transfer it to a serving dish.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
