- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp butter
- ½ tsp Dijon mustard (optional for extra flavor)
- ¼ tsp paprika (optional for a smoky touch)
- ¼ cup pork rind crumbs or almond flour (for topping, optional)
Instructions
Step 1: Air Fry the Cauliflower
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway through, until tender and slightly crispy.
Step 2: Make the Cheese Sauce
