Making air fryer corn on the cob couldn’t be easier, and the result is delicious, tender corn that’s also a bit crispy. You don’t have to fire up the grill anymore to get an amazing flavor!

Ingredients:
- 4 ears of corn, husked, trimmed and cut in half
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Juice of ½ lime
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the air fryer to 400ºF / 200ºC.
- Mix the olive oil, lime juice, salt and black pepper in a small bowl.
- Place the corn in the air fryer basket and brush them evenly with the oil mixture.
- Cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through. If you want it slightly charred, cook the corn for 2-3 more minutes, keeping an eye on it so it doesn’t burn.
