Ingredients

  • 5 packet TransOcean Fresh Imitation Crab Snackers
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive Oil

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 320°F for 5 minutes.
  • Break the crab sticks into smaller pieces by tearing them length-wise. Be sure not to shred them too much! 1.5 to 2cm would be good.
  • Place in a bowl and drizzle oil over. Add some salt and pepper to taste. Toss well to combine.
  • Place the crab sticks into the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding. Cook in batches if you are cooking large quantities.
  • Cook for 15 minutes at 320°F. Open the tray every few minutes and use a pair of tongs to toss so that they will cook evenly.
  • After 15 minutes, check and see if the crab sticks are golden brown and crispy. If not, cook for another few minutes.
