Air Fryer Filet Mignon makes the perfect filet every time! Seasoned with just olive oil, salt, and pepper, and topped with blue cheese butter.
Because we love a juicy steak, filet mignon is our favorite meal. We used to save it for a special occasions, but cooking filets in the air fryer is so easy. Since this is easily our favorite steak recipe, we can easily have it as a regular weeknight dinner.
WHAT IS CONSIDERED A SERVING OF STEAK?
Although each of my filets was about 6 ounces of steak, the recommended serving is 3 ounces.
WHY IS FILET CONSIDERED ONE OF THE BEST BEEF CUTS?
Ribeye and Filet are the best cuts of steak. The filet comes from the part of the cow that doesn’t get used often, so it’s not tough. This is why a really good filet can be cut with a fork
