Ingredients:

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup diced vegetables (such as bell peppers, onions, spinach, mushrooms, etc.)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or cooking spray

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Prepare the Vegetables: Chop your choice of vegetables into small, bite-sized pieces. You can use a mix of colorful vegetables to add flavor and nutrition to your frittata.
  3. Whisk Eggs: In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined. This forms the base of your frittata.
  4. Add Vegetables and Cheese: Stir in the diced vegetables and shredded cheese into the egg mixture. Mix well to ensure an even distribution of ingredients.
  5. Grease the Air Fryer Basket: Lightly grease the air fryer basket with olive oil or cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  6. Pour Mixture into the Air Fryer Basket: Pour the egg and vegetable mixture into the preheated air fryer basket.
  7. Air Fry: Place the basket in the air fryer and cook at 350°F (180°C) for about 15-20 minutes or until the frittata is set and the top is golden brown. The exact time may vary based on your air fryer model, so keep an eye on it.
  8. Check for Doneness: To check for doneness, insert a toothpick or knife into the center of the frittata. If it comes out clean, the frittata is cooked through.
  9. Serve: Carefully remove the frittata from the air fryer basket and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing. Serve it warm and enjoy!
