Air Fryer Garlic Bread Recipe:
Ingredients:
- 1 loaf of French bread or baguette
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Optional: grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for a few minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix together the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, garlic powder, and salt until well combined.
- Cut the French bread or baguette into slices, about 1-inch thick.
- Spread the garlic butter mixture generously on one side of each bread slice. You can sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top if desired.
- Place the bread slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Air fry the garlic bread at 350°F (175°C) for 5-6 minutes, or until the bread turns golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the bread slices from the air fryer and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve the air fryer garlic bread warm as a delicious side dish or appetizer.
Notes:
- You can adjust the amount of garlic and other seasonings according to your taste preferences. If you love garlic, feel free to add more cloves.
- Fresh parsley adds a nice freshness to the garlic bread, but you can substitute it with dried parsley if needed.
- If you prefer a softer garlic bread, you can reduce the cooking time slightly.
- Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket to ensure proper air circulation and even cooking. Cook the bread slices in batches if necessary.
- Grated Parmesan cheese adds a flavorful touch, but it’s optional. You can omit it or substitute it with other types of cheese if you prefer.
- Serve the air fryer garlic bread alongside your favorite pasta dishes, soups, or as a tasty snack on its own.
