How to make hamburgers in the air fryer

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions

Preheat air fryer for 2-3 minutes at 380 degrees F.

Place ground beef in a bowl. Mix in Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Being careful not to over mix.

To make a patty, roll about 1/2 cup of beef mixture and place on a piece of wax paper or plate. Place another piece of wax paper on top and using the bottom of a pan, press down to flatten burger. Repeat to make the rest of burger patties.

Spray air fryer basket with olive oil.

Place burgers into basket being sure not to overlap or stack on each other.

Cook at 380 degrees for approximately 4 minutes. Flip the burgers over and then cook another 2-4 minutes depending on how done you like your burgers.

If you would like cheese, place the cheese slice on top of burgers. Place fryer basket back in air fryer and let sit for 2-3 minutes so cheese will melt.

Serve with favorite toppings.
Notes
Rare: Typically a cool red center with internal temperature of 125 degrees F.
Medium Rare: This is a warm red center of 135 degrees F.
Medium: Pink center with temperature of 145 degrees F.
Medium Well: A hint of pink center with temperature of 150 degrees F.
Well Done: Should see no pink with internal temperature of 160 degrees F.
