Ingredients
- 2 large tortillas
- 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
- 4 slices ham
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise (or ranch dressing)
- 1 tsp hot sauce (adjust to taste)
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp butter, melted (for brushing)
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Wraps
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with mayonnaise, hot sauce, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper.
- Lay out the tortillas and place 2 slices of ham on each.
- Spread the seasoned chicken evenly over the ham.
- Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese on top.
- Roll the tortillas tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.
Step 2: Air Fry
- Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
- Brush the wraps with melted butter for extra crispiness.
- Place them in the air fryer seam-side down.
- Cook for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
Step 3: Serve & Enjoy
- Let the wraps cool for a minute before slicing.
- Serve with extra hot sauce, ranch, or a side of coleslaw.
