Ingredients:
- 1/2 pound ground beef lean ground beef, ground turkey or ground chicken
- 1/2 cup hashbrowns cooked
- 4 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Toppings:
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 tablespoon tomatoes diced
- 1 tablespoon pickles diced
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
Instructions:
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and cook the ground beef until browned and fully cooked. Break it up into small crumbles as it cooks. Once cooked, remove from the heat.
- Preheat your air fryer to 350 degrees F for a few minutes. Whisk the eggs and heavy cream in a small bowl until well beaten. Season with salt and pepper according to your taste.
- Pour the eggs into a nonstick cooking pan, place the baking pan into the air fryer basket, and set the cooking temperature to 350 degrees F and the cooking time for 4 minutes; when the time is up, sprinkle the cooked ground beef on top, shredded cooked hashbrowns, and cheese on top, and cook for another 5-6 minutes at 330 degrees F, using air fryer setting.
