Air Fryer Mini Quiches

Air Fryer Mini Quiche Muffins – If you’re looking for a quick, easy, and delicious breakfast or brunch recipe to make, then these Air Fryer Mini Quiche Muffins are perfect! They only take 5-10 minutes to prep and cook in the air fryer for a great breakfast!

Who doesn’t love an Air Fryer Mini Quiche? If you love a quick and easy air fryer breakfast, this is the perfect one for you! So easy and delicious.

This easy and quick Quiche starts with some phyllo dough, which works so well in the Air Fryer! Then I filled it with eggs, shredded cheese, green onions, and diced pork sausage for the perfect and fantastic breakfast. My kids love it, so it’s both kid-friendly and family-friendly. And such an easy and simple Air Fryer Breakfast Recipe.

Ingredients

  • 8 sheets phyllo dough thawed
  • 3 links sausage cooked
  • 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup green onions diced
  • 1 cup red bell peppers diced
  • 5 large eggs
  • 5 tablespoons heavy cream

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, mix chopped sausages, red bell peppers, green onion, and cheese. In another mixing bowl, whisk eggs with heavy cream and a dash of salt and pepper.
  2. On a clean surface or cutting board, lay out a phyllo dough sheet and brush the top with oil. Continues adding 3 more phyllo sheets and also brushing each one with oil.
  3. Use your knife or pizza cutter to stack of phyllo dough into four equal squares. Arrange each phyllo square into your mini/muffin molds. Continue working with the rest of the lo dough until all mini/muffin molds are lined with phyllo sheets.
  4. Divide mixed sausages among the molds followed by the egg mixture. Set the mini quiches into the air fryer at 320 degrees F for approximately 10-20 minutes.
  5. Plate, serve, and enjoy!
