Air Fryer Naan Pizza:

Ingredients:

  • Store-bought naan bread (whole wheat or regular)
  • Pizza sauce
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese (or any other cheese of your choice)
  • Your preferred pizza toppings (e.g., pepperoni, vegetables, chicken, etc.)
  • Olive oil (optional, for brushing)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the naan bread on a clean surface, and spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over the surface of the naan, leaving a small border around the edges.
  3. Sprinkle a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese over the pizza sauce, ensuring even coverage.
  4. Add your desired toppings over the cheese. Be creative and use your favorite ingredients.
  5. Carefully transfer the prepared naan pizza to the preheated air fryer basket. You may need to do this in batches if you are making multiple pizzas.
  6. Cook the naan pizza in the air fryer for about 5-7 minutes or until the cheese has melted, and the naan is crisp and golden. The exact cooking time may vary depending on your air fryer model, so keep a close eye on it to prevent burning.
  7. If you want the edges of the naan to be slightly crispy and golden, you can brush them with a little olive oil before cooking.
  8. Once the pizza is done, carefully remove it from the air fryer using tongs or a spatula.
  9. Let the pizza cool for a minute or two before slicing and serving.

Notes:

  • Experiment with different toppings to customize your naan pizza according to your preferences. You can add cooked meats like chicken or sausage, various veggies like bell peppers, onions, or mushrooms, and even different types of cheeses like feta or goat cheese.
