Use plain naan with classic pizza toppings, or create a fusion pizza with peshwari naan. Ingredients
- 2 prepared naan breads
- 3-4 tbsp pizza sauce, or tikka masala sauce
- 100 g (1 cups) shredded mozzarella cheese, or to taste
Instructions
- Heat the air fryer to 180C / 360F while you gather up your ingredients.
- When the air fryer is heated, place the naan breads in and cook for 3 minutes.
- Add sauce to the top of the naan breads – be fairly generous, it’s a thick crust so you want it nice and saucy!
- Add grated cheese to the top.
- Return to the air fryer and cook for a further 3-4 minutes until the cheese is browned.
