Air Fryer Omelette

Easy air fryer omelette recipe that is fluffy, healthy, and packed full of flavor. This air fryer Fritatta omelet is simple to make and is ready in less than 20 minutes. Let me show you how to make omelette in air fryer.

Ingredients

  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Whole Milk
  • 1 Tomato chopped
  • 2 sprig Spring onions chopped
  • ½ teaspoon Seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • ¼ cup Chopped Cooked Meat- chicken, beef, sausage Optional
  • Cheese Optional

Instructions

  • In a bowl, break the eggs then add milk. Whisk till well mixed.
  • Add in salt, black pepper, chopped spring onions, tomatoes, and seasoning, Mix together.
  • Grease or spray the pan with cooking oil or butter. This is so the Omelette comes out clean from the pan.

    Now, pour the egg mixture into the baking pan.

  • Place the pan in the air fryer basket and air fry at a temperature of 140C for 10 minutes or till cooked through and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  • Take the pan out, turn onto a plate.
  • cut up, serve and enjoy your Omelette frittata.

Notes

TIPS

  • You can chop the veggies night before and store them in the fridge. This makes cooking time quicker especially for busy mornings.
  • Add cheese if you prefer and you can also substitute milk with heavy cream.
  • Mix the ingredients well before pouring into the baking dish.
  • Grease/ Spray the pan so the omelette comes out easily and cleanly. You can also line the pan with parchment paper.
  • No need to preheat the air fryer.
  • You can saute the onions and tomato before adding in the egg mix.
  • To check if done, insert a toothpick and if it comes out clean the eggs are set.
  • You can use other veggies not listed in the ingredients as long as they are quick-cooking veggies. A great way of using up leftover meat and veggies.
