Place all the ingredients except pork belly into a food processor and pulse until it’s smooth ( or almost).
Place pork belly slices into a mixing bowl and pour in the blended marinade sauce. Give it a massage until the meat is well-coated.

Cover with plastic wrap and leave it for at least 2 hours. The longer the better 🙂

Once the meat is ready, place them in an air-fryer and cook at 200C for 10 mins.

Remove the basket from the air-fryer and flip the pork. Cook at 200C for the last 4-5 mins.

Slice and serve with your fav grilled meat sauce. I like to dip into hot sauce or Korean Ssamjang ( seasoned soybean paste )
