Air Fryer Pork Chops – Air Fryer Recipes

Ingredients

4 boneless, thin-sliced pork chops
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tbsp paprika
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions

- If a feature on your air fryer, preheat it to 375°F. (If not, turn it on to 375°F for 4-5 minutes before placing the pork chops in the air fryer.)
- In a small bowl, mix all dry ingredients.
- Pat the pork chops dry with a paper towel and coat them evenly with olive oil on both sides. Place them in a bowl or on a plate.
- Sprinkle the seasoning mixture on both sides of the pork chops and rub it in for even coverage.
- Transfer the pork chops to the pre-heated air fryer basket and cook for 4 minutes.
- Turn the pork chops using tongs and cook for another 3 minutes. Check temperature and return the pork chops to the air fryer as needed until the internal temperature reaches the 145-160 F range (I cook to about 150 F; see notes).

Remove the pork chops from the air fryer and let rest for 3 minutes before cutting and serving, topped with pan juices.

Notes

145 F to 150 F is Medium Rare
150 F to 155 F is Medium
155 F to 160 F is Medium-Well
160 F+ is Well
