AIR FRYER PORK TENDERLOIN

Air frying pork tenderloin is a great way to cook it because it results in a juicy and flavorful dish with a crispy exterior. Here’s a simple recipe for air frying pork tenderloin:

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound pork tenderloin
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Optional: additional seasonings of your choice

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. While the air fryer is preheating, prepare the pork tenderloin. Trim any excess fat from the meat if desired.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and any additional seasonings you prefer.
  4. Rub the olive oil all over the pork tenderloin to coat it evenly.
  5. Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the pork, making sure to cover all sides.
  6. Place the seasoned pork tenderloin in the preheated air fryer basket.
  7. Air fry the pork tenderloin at 400°F (200°C) for 15 to 20 minutes, flipping halfway through the cooking time.
  8. Check the internal temperature of the pork using a meat thermometer. It should register at least 145°F (63°C) for medium doneness or 160°F (71°C) for well done.
  9. Once the pork reaches your desired temperature, remove it from the air fryer and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  10. Slice the pork tenderloin into medallions or desired thickness and serve hot.

You can pair the air fried pork tenderloin with your favorite sides like roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or a fresh salad. Enjoy your meal!
