Freezer: Air fryer potatoes and sausage can be frozen for upto 3 months in individual portion size freezer safe bags or containers. Thaw them overnight in the fridge before reheating.

Ingredients:

  • 4 potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges
  • 4 sausages (your choice of flavor)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: chopped fresh parsley, grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for a few minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the potato wedges, olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Toss well to coat the potatoes evenly with the seasoning.
  3. Place the seasoned potato wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook them in the air fryer for about 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking. The potatoes should be golden and crispy on the outside.
  4. While the potatoes are cooking, prick the sausages a few times with a fork. This will prevent them from bursting while cooking. Place the sausages in the air fryer basket once the potatoes are halfway cooked.
  5. Cook the sausages and potatoes together for another 10-15 minutes, or until the sausages are fully cooked and the potatoes are crisp and golden brown.
  6. Once everything is cooked, remove the sausages and potatoes from the air fryer. Let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
  7. Serve the crispy potatoes and sausages on a plate. You can sprinkle some fresh parsley and grated Parmesan cheese on top for extra flavor, if desired.

Enjoy your delicious meal of air-fried potatoes and sausages!
