Air Fryer Red Potatoes

Ingredients

• 1 lb red potatoes, halved (or quartered if they’re on the bigger side)
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp oregano
• 1/2 tsp cayenne
• 1 tsp paprika
• Salt and pepper as desired

Instructions

1. Pre heat Air Fryer to 400°F.
2. In a large bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, cayenne, paprika, and salt and pepper. If you’re not sure how much salt and pepper to add, just add a little first as you can always add more later.
3. Transfer potatoes to the air fryer basket, and let it cook for 10 minutes.
4. Remove basket from air fryer and give it a few shakes. Then allow it took for another 10 minutes or until the potatoes are cooked thoroughly.
