Air Fryer Red Potatoes. This method makes is crispy on the outside, tasty and tender on the inside, perfect side dish for any entrée!

Ingredients
- 1 lb red potatoes, halved (or quartered if they’re on the bigger side)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp cayenne
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper as desired
Instructions
- Pre heat Air Fryer to 400°F.
- In a large bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, cayenne, paprika, and salt and pepper. If you’re not sure how much salt and pepper to add, just add a little first as you can always add more later.
- Transfer potatoes to the air fryer basket, and let it cook for 10 minutes.
- Remove basket from air fryer and give it a few shakes. Then allow it took for another 10 minutes or until the potatoes are cooked thoroughly.
