Preheat the air fryer to 370 degrees Fahrenheit.

Once preheated, add the sausage patties to the air fryer tray. Make sure they fit in one even layer without overlap – this will help them cook evenly.

Cook the sausage patties for 8-11 minutes total until fully cooked and slightly browned on the outside. Flip the patties halfway through the cooking time.
