I love it so much, and I hope that you enjoy it as well. If you give it a try, please leave a review in the comment section below as I would love to hear about your experience.
Why You Will Love These Air Fryer Fajitas
- They’re incredibly easy to make! Prep veggies, toss with seasonings, and air fry!
- Air Fry for just 9 minutes. I tested this recipe out so many times until I found that sweet spot where the peppers are charred but still crunchy, and the shrimp are perfectly cooked!
- It’s a healthy meal made with just 5 ingredients.
About Time
- Prep Time 5 mins
- Cook Time 9 mins
- Total Time 14 mins
Ingredients
- 1 pound (450g) raw shrimp thawed
- 3 small mixed bell peppers sliced
- 1 small yellow onion sliced
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil divided
- 1 tablespoon fajita seasoning divided
For Serving
- 4 tortillas
- pico de gallo
- 1 avocado sliced

Instructions
-
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°F) for 5 minutes.
-
Meanwhile, season the vegetables. Toss with half of the oil and half of the fajita seasoning. Add the vegetables to the Air Fryer basket and Air fry for 3 minutes.
-
As the vegetables are being air fried, season the shrimp with the rest of the oil and fajita seasoning.
-
When the 3 minutes are up, with a spatula move the vegetables to one side of the air fryer basket, and add the shrimp to the other half.
-
Air fry for 6 minutes at 375°F (190°F) flipping halfway through. Mix everything together and serve.
-
Assemble the fajitas over tortillas, and top with your favorite toppings (pico de gallo, guacamole or avocado slices, and lime crema).
