Ingredients
Smoked Sausage in a Bun
- 4 fully cooked smoked sausage links about 3-4oz each
- 4 hot dog buns
- Toppings: mustard relish, ect.
BBQ Kielbasa
- 14 ounces of smoked kielbasa sausage or smoked turkey sausage
- 2–4 tablespoons of your favorite bbq sauce
With Potatoes
- 1 lb golden potatoes
- 14 oz smoked kielbasa sausage Cut into ½ inch pieces chunks
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instructions
Smoked Sausage in a Bun

Preheat the air fryer to 375F.

Place sausage in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes

Add buns in there for the last 2-3 minutes

Let sausage rest for 3 minutes
BBQ Kielbasa

Preheat the air fryer to 400F.

Cut sausage into ½” pieces. Toss with bbq sauce and place in the air fryer basket.

Cook for 7-8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking.

Serve with more bbq sauce.
With Potatoes

Preheat the air fryer to 375F.

Cut potatoes quarters. Add them to a bowl with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and cayenne. Toss until the potatoes are well coated.

Place potatoes in the air fryer basket and cook for 6 minutes, until they are soft and start to brown.

Shake the air fryer basket. Add sliced sausage and cook for another 8-10 minutes or until they begin to brown.
