- 4 large Tomatoes
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat your air fryer to 400F/205C

Cut the tomatoes in half and add them to a large mixing bowl. Add extra virgin olive oil, Italian seasoning, balsamic vinegar, kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper and toss to coat. Transfer the tomato halves to your air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes, turning the tomatoes halfway to ensure they cook evenly. Serve immediately and enjoy!
