Ingredients
- Chicken : kilo (whole, washed and chopped)
- Eggs : 2 tablets
- Salt : a teaspoon
- Black pepper : half a teaspoon
- Garlic powder : half a teaspoon
- Paprika : half a teaspoon
- Rusks : 2 cups
Method of preparation
- In a bowl, mix the egg, salt, black pepper, paprika and powdered garlic until the ingredients overlap.
- Add the chicken pieces, then stir the ingredients until they interfere, cover the bowl with cling film and put it in the refrigerator for about 3 hours.
- Heat the air fryer to 200 degrees Celsius.
- Remove the chicken mixture from the refrigerator, then dip the chicken pieces in breading.
- Drain the chicken pieces in the air fryer and leave for about 20 minutes until cooked.
- Serve the prostid on your trip, along with garlic and potatoes.
