Crispy Air Fryer Hasselback Potatoes

Sure! Here’s a recipe for crispy air fryer Hasselback potatoes:

Ingredients:

  • 4 medium-sized russet potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash the potatoes thoroughly and pat them dry. Place one potato on a cutting board and make vertical slices across the potato, about 1/8 inch apart, stopping about 1/4 inch from the bottom. Repeat with the remaining potatoes.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, dried rosemary, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.
  4. Brush the seasoned oil mixture all over the potatoes, making sure to get it between the slices.
  5. Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer, leaving some space between them for even cooking.
  6. Cook the potatoes in the air fryer for about 30-35 minutes, or until they are crispy and golden brown on the outside and tender on the inside. You can check the doneness by inserting a fork or knife into the center of the potatoes to ensure they are cooked through.
  7. Once done, remove the potatoes from the air fryer and let them cool for a few minutes. Sprinkle with some fresh chopped parsley, if desired, for added freshness and color.
  8. Serve the crispy air fryer Hasselback potatoes as a delicious side dish to accompany your meal.
