Ingredients
- 2 medium potatoes, grated
- ½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup flour (or breadcrumbs for extra crunch)
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Mixture
- Grate the potatoes and squeeze out excess moisture using a clean kitchen towel.
- In a bowl, mix the grated potatoes, cheddar, parmesan, egg, flour, and seasonings.
- Form the mixture into small patties.
Step 2: Air Fry
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
- Brush the air fryer basket with olive oil and place the fritters in a single layer.
- Air fry for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
Step 3: Serve & Enjoy
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly.
- Serve with sour cream, yogurt, or your favorite dip.
