Ingredients:
-
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste for spiciness)
Instructions:
-
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil and set aside.
- In a small bowl, combine all the dry rub ingredients: paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, ground cumin, ground coriander, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Mix well.
- Place the chicken wings in a large mixing bowl. Drizzle olive oil over the wings and toss them until evenly coated.
- Sprinkle the dry rub mixture over the chicken wings, tossing them again to ensure they are evenly coated with the seasoning.
- Arrange the seasoned wings on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer, making sure they are not touching each other too closely.
- Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping them halfway through the cooking time, until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Once cooked through and crispy, remove the wings from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve your crispy dry rub chicken wings hot with your favorite dipping sauce or enjoy them as they are!
