Crispy Garlic Parmesan Yukon Gold Potatoes – Golden, buttery, and crispy on the outside with a cheesy garlicky coating. These roasted Yukon Gold potatoes make the perfect side dish for any meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Yukon Gold potatoes, cut into chunks
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp paprika (optional for color)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat Oven
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easier cleanup.
Step 2: Season Potatoes
  1. In a large bowl, toss the chopped Yukon Gold potatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, Parmesan, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
Step 3: Bake
  1. Spread the potatoes out on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer, cut side down for max crispiness.
  2. Bake for 35–40 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
Step 4: Serve
  1. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley if desired and serve immediately while hot and crispy.
