EASY AIR FRYER BREAKFAST FRITTATA

Easy Air Fryer Breakfast Frittata is one of the greatest air fryer breakfasts you can make. I loaded mine up with lots and lots of fresh vegetables, and it is a protein-rich meal, KETO friendly, and low-carb friendly. That will help you get going in the morning.

I love making casseroles in the air fryer, and this easy Easy Air Fryer Breakfast Frittata is no exception. I strongly believe that you can make anything in the air fryer.

Today, I made an air fryer breakfast frittata with diced onions and peppers, but you can add all your favorite fillings. Next week, when my kids are home from school. I am going to make a ham and cheese one since that is my son’s favorite.

PRO Tips for Making The Best Air Fryer Frittata

  • Cut your vegetables in small pieces; large pieces will not cook all the way through.
  • Dice all of your vegetables the same size, so they all cook evenly.
  • You can use any dairy you want, including cream, half and half, heavy cream, and sour cream.

Cooking Vegetables For Your Breakfast Frittata
If you want to change this recipe and add different types of vegetables, you will need to saute them first before adding them to the egg mixture.

While I used diced onions and peppers, I did not ned this, as the cooked dup, while the eggs were air frying up.

But, if you want to use artichokes, asparagus, or even root vegetables, you will need to make them tender before adding them to the egg mixture.

What Type of Cheese?
While I did not use any cheese in this recipe, you can easily add some. The best ones to use are freshly grated cheese, which will melt better than pre-shredded cheese.

Ingredients

  • 6 Eggs
  • 3 tablespoons of milk
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 black Pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, add your diced vegetables, then add your eggs, milk, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Grease an air fryer-safe pan with olive oil or non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Pour the egg mixture into the prepared pan.
  4. Set the pan into the air fryer for 12-15 minutes at 350 degrees F, air fryer setting.
  5. Check the frittata before removing them to make sure that the center is set.
  6. Plate, serve, and enjoy!
