Notes
*Warm up your tortillas before rolling them. This will make them easier to roll without cracking.
*Go easy on the pizza sauce. When assembling the pizza rolls, be sure to use no more than a tablespoon of pizza sauce on each roll up. If you use too much sauce it will just spill out of the tortilla.
*Be sure to let the pizza roll ups cool down before eating as they will be very hot when they first come out of the air fryer.
*Every air fryer is different so be sure to check for doneness halfway through. The air fryer I used to test this recipe was my Instant Vortex Plus 6 quart.
*Store leftovers in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
*To reheat, preheat the air fryer to 360 degrees Fahrenheit and heat pizza roll ups for 1-2 minutes.
