Crispy air fried potato wedges with ranch seasoning.
Ingredients
- 24 oz Gold Potatoes, cut into wedges
- 1 Tbsp (16g) Olive Oil, divided
- 1 Tbsp Ranch Seasoning*
Instructions
- Wash and completely dry the potatoes before slicing them in half lengthwise, turning the cut side down, and cutting each half into 3 wedges.
- Pat the wedges dry with a paper towel and add to a large bowl. Toss with 1/2 Tbsp (8g) of olive oil before adding to an air fryer basket.
- Air fry at 400ºF for 20 minutes, shaking once or twice for even cooking.
- After 20 minutes, transfer the potato wedges back to the bowl and toss with the remaining 1/2 Tbsp (8g) of olive oil. Once evenly coated, toss with the ranch seasoning and add back to the air fryer basket.
- Air fry an additional 5-8 minutes at 400ºF until the potato wedges are golden brown and crispy.
