Here’s a simple recipe for air fryer ranch chicken breast:
Ingredients:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions:
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- In a shallow bowl, combine the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Dip each chicken breast into the ranch dressing, making sure it’s coated on all sides.
- Roll the chicken breasts in the bread crumb mixture, pressing gently to help the crumbs adhere to the chicken.
- Lightly coat the air fryer basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking. Place the coated chicken breasts in the basket in a single layer.
- Cook the chicken breasts in the air fryer for 15-18 minutes, flipping halfway through. The chicken should be golden brown and cooked through, with an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Once cooked, remove the chicken breasts from the air fryer and let them rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
- Slice the chicken breasts and serve them with your favorite sides or in sandwiches.
