Eggs* in the air fryer.
1) Lay eggs in drawer
2) Air fry at 170, 7 minutes. Go off and do stuff
3) Remove eggs, replace drawer
4) Eat eggs
That’s it
No pan to clean
No boiling water
No steam
No need to watch over
No drawer to clean
No faff
But get this, if you want to boil your eggs in water the traditional way, just go for it, that’s fine too! It is completely possible for water boilers and air fryers to live in harmony and enjoy the same eggy delight
Different ways for different people.
At the end of the day we’re all just heating an egg.
Just thought I’d show how easy it is for those who haven’t tried/considered the air fryer option.
Edit: These were medium eggs at room temp. If you’ve got large eggs and/or they’re out of the fridge, maybe go crazy and try an extra minute, see what happens. What have you got to lose? An egg
*Edit 2: In case it’s not obvious, this is all about soft “boiled” (cooked?) eggs. Sorry I’ve not tried hard cooked eggs, so no idea on timings for those or how easy they are to peel.
