Ingredients:
- 4 ears of fresh corn, husked
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Optional: garlic powder, paprika, or any seasoning of your choice
- Optional: lime wedges and chopped cilantro for serving
Instructions:
- Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Prepare the Corn:
- Brush each ear of corn with olive oil or melted butter.
- Season with salt, pepper, and any additional seasonings you like.
- Cook the Corn:
- Place the corn in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may need to cook in batches.
- Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 10-15 minutes, turning the corn halfway through cooking to ensure even roasting. The corn is done when it’s tender and has a nice roasted color.
- Serve:
- Remove the corn from the air fryer and let it cool slightly.
- If desired, squeeze lime juice over the corn and sprinkle with chopped cilantro before serving.
