shrimp and beef skewers in the Airfryer

Here is the recipe for making shrimp and beef skewers in the Airfryer:

Ingredients:

250 g large shrimp (cleaned and peeled)
250 g beef (cut into cubes)
2 garlic cloves (chopped)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon sweet paprika or paprika
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
Skewer sticks
Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

1. Prepare the marinade:
In a large bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic, paprika, cumin, oregano, salt and pepper. Stir well.

2. Marinate:
Add the shrimp and beef cubes to the mixture. Stir to coat well with the seasonings. Marinate for at least 20 minutes in the refrigerator.

3. Assemble the skewers:
Alternately thread one shrimp and one meat cube onto each skewer stick.

4. Preheat the Airfryer:
Set the Airfryer to 200°C (392°F) and allow to heat for 5 minutes.

5. Cook the skewers:
Place the skewers in the Airfryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 8-10 minutes, turning halfway through so they cook evenly. Adjust the time based on the size of the shrimp and meat cubes.

6. Serve:
Remove the skewers and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley before serving. Serve with your favorite sauce or a side dish such as salad or rice.
