Steak and shrimp kabobs in air fryer are a great make-ahead option for entertaining or if you want to have something delicious ready to go when you get home after a long day. You’ll love how the tender steak and buttery shrimp melt in your mouth!
Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless sirloin steak
- 1 pound raw jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 Tablespoons steak seasoning
- Tools Used

Bamboo kebab skewers.

Instructions
- Using a paper towel, pat dry steak and cut it into 1-inch pieces. Pat dry shrimp with paper towels
- In a large bowl combine the steak, shrimp, and olive oil; toss to combine. Thread the steak and shrimp onto skewers.
- Place the steak and shrimp kabobs in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook to 400ºF for 3 minutes on each side or until the shrimp are cooked through, and steak is done to your preference.
- Serve immediately!
Notes
- If using wooden skewers, make sure to soak them for at least 30 minutes before preparing the kabobs
