About Time
- Prep Time 5 mins
- Cook Time 25 mins
- Total Time 30 mins
Ingredients
- 2 turkey breasts.
- salt, Provencal herbs, pepper.
- 1 orange.
- 4-5 potatoes.
- Olive oil.
Instructions
- -In a container we put our turkey / chicken fillets. Sprinkle salt, Provencal herbs and a pinch of pepper. Add the juice of half an orange and let it take flavors while the potatoes cook.
- Wash the potatoes, cut them in half and cut them as in the photos.
- In a bowl we mix olive oil, Provencal herbs and salt. We paint our potatoes with the mixture.
- We put our potatoes in the airfryer and program 180 degrees and about 20 minutes. If you have them piled up, it is better every X minutes to change the place of the less golden ones for the more golden ones so that they all cook well.
- We take out the potatoes and reserve them in a fountain. We place the turkey on the rack and program 180 degrees and 15 minutes, turning it every 2-3 minutes so that it browns on both sides.
- When the time is up, we take out the turkey and if we notice that the potatoes have gotten too cold, we heat them again to 160 degrees and 2-3 minutes.
- We plated and…
- To enjoy!
