Ingredients:
2 eggs
2 cherry tomatoes
1 small onion
2 mushrooms
2 slices of turkey
1 scallion
Pinch salt
Fresh ground black pepper
Cheese (optional)
Cooking spray
Instructions:
Dice the onion, bell pepper, scallion, mushroom, and turkey.
In a small bowl, mix the eggs, a pinch of salt, and fresh ground pepper
Add the vegetables and turkey to the egg and mix to combine
Preheat the air fryer to 350℉/175℃ and grease a cake pan with butter or oil
Put the pan into the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes
After 4 minutes sprinkle the egg with shredded cheese
Take a spatula and slide the omelette out of the pan onto a plate a serve it immediately
