Sure! Air fryer bacon is a quick and easy way to cook crispy bacon without the mess of frying it on the stovetop. Here’s a simple recipe for delicious air fryer bacon:

Ingredients:

  • Bacon strips (as many as you want)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Air Fryer: Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and preheat it for a few minutes. The preheating time may vary depending on your air fryer model.
  2. Prepare the Bacon: While the air fryer is preheating, lay the bacon strips in a single layer on a cutting board or a flat surface. You can use regular or thick-cut bacon, whichever you prefer.
  3. Arrange in the Air Fryer Basket: Once the air fryer is preheated, carefully place the bacon strips in the air fryer basket. Make sure to leave some space between each strip to allow the hot air to circulate around them.
  4. Cook the Bacon: Close the air fryer basket and set the timer for 8 to 12 minutes, depending on how crispy you like your bacon and the thickness of the bacon slices. Check on the bacon halfway through the cooking time to ensure it’s cooking evenly. If you prefer your bacon extra crispy, you may need to add a few more minutes to the cooking time.
  5. Drain the Bacon: As the bacon cooks, you might notice some grease accumulating in the bottom of the air fryer basket. It’s a good idea to remove the excess grease during the cooking process. Carefully open the air fryer basket and use tongs or a paper towel to absorb and remove the excess grease.
  6. Serve and Enjoy: Once the bacon reaches your desired level of crispiness, remove it from the air fryer using tongs and place it on a plate lined with paper towels to soak up any remaining grease. Let it cool for a moment, and then it’s ready to be served!
