Ingredients
- 12 eggs* medium or large
1 large bowl ice water
Instructions:
Rinse and dry eggs. Place in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Cook at 275° F for 15 – 16 minutes (for a firm yolk). If your air fryer does not go down that low, then cook at 300° for about 1 minute less.
Using tongs, carefully remove eggs to an ice bath as soon as the fryer is done. Allow eggs to sit in ice bath for at least 5 minutes
Notes:
- Firm yolk: 15-16 minutes
- Soft yolk: 13 – 14 minutes
- Slightly runny yolk: 11 – 12 minutes
- Runny yolk (soft boiled): 9 – 10 minutes
*This method can be used to make as few as one egg up to as many eggs as will sit in a single layer in your air fryer basket. Pictured is 1 dozen (12) eggs. Do not layer or crowd the eggs as the fryer needs room for the heated air to circulate.
