NOTES

Be sure to check the Expert Tips and FAQs above with important tips and questions that can help make a delicious recipe.

Storage: These eggs will last in the fridge for up to 1 week in a covered airtight container.

Tips: An ice bath is the best way to get a clean peel on a boiled egg since the air fryer doesn’t use water.

  •  We use a 6-quart air fryer. If you have a smaller one, use as many eggs as you can that will fit in one layer. Do not change the temperature or time.
  • Store-bought eggs peel much easier and cleaner than fresh farm eggs. I have yet to find something that truly works well with fresh farm eggs.
  • The eggs will be very hot when coming out of the air fryer. I tend to let them sit in the air fryer basket for a couple of minutes before handling them.
  • You can also use tongs if you want to get them in the ice bath sooner.
