AIR FRYER RED POTATOES

This Air Fryer Red Potatoes recipe makes succulent crispy potatoes that are fluffy on the inside and are absolutely delicious.

INGREDIENTS

    • 2 pounds baby red potatoes
    • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
    • 1 teaspoon dried Rosemary
    • 1 Tablespoon garlic powder
    • ½ teaspoon Kosher salt
    • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

    • Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit/200 degrees Celcius.
    • Rinse and clean the potatoes in cold water.
    • Place them on a cutting board and pat dry with paper towels.
  • Next cut potatoes into wedges in equal sized pieces.
  • Transfer potatoes into a large bowl and drizzle potato wedges with olive oil.
  • Sprinkle the potato wedges with crushed rosemary, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  • Place the seasoned potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Air fry at 400 degrees F for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through the cooking process until the potatoes are golden brown and tender.
  • Serve while hot.

NOTES

I make this recipe in my Cosori 5.8 qt. air fryer. Depending on your air fryer, size and wattages cook time may need to be adjusted a couple of minutes.

Optional Toppings: Fresh thyme, grated parmesan cheese, chopped chives or parsley, sour cream, olive tapenade, gooey cheese sauce or cover them with chili and diced onions.

Optional Favorite Dipping Sauces: Tzatziki sauce, ranch dressing, spicy ketchup, horseradish aioli, nutty tahini dip, barbecue sauce, tangy cucumber-yogurt sauce or honey Dijon sauce.

Substitutions: If you are out of olive oil, you can use avocado oil, refined coconut oil, sunflower oil or canola oil in its place.
