Yes, you can cook uncooked rice in an Air Fryer. It is really easy to get dry long grain rice in half an hour. Rice is the base for a lot of tasty side dishes like fried rice.

- 1 cup basmati rice
- 1½ cups boiling hot water
- Pinch of salt (optional)

- Boil water in a water cooker
- Put the rice in a mesh strainer and wash the Basmati rice under running warm water until clear
- Then put the rice in a cake pan or cake bucket
- Preheat the Air Fryer to 400℉/200℃ for 3 minutes
- Now add 1½ cups of boiled hot water to the cake pan. Cover the cake pan with aluminum foil and wrap it tight
- Put the cake pan in the Air Fryer Bucket. Set the timer to 25 minutes
- Take the cake pan out of the Air Fryer and remove the foil
- Carefully fluff the rice with a fork
- Serve immediately
